Helping Professional, these are the people that have made a career that revolves around helping others’ nurture and maintain their physical, psychological, intellectual, emotional and/or spiritual well-being. Although we have signed up for this path of serving others many find that this is the same path that can destroy our own physical, psychological, intellectual, emotional and/or spiritual well-being if we are not careful.

Expectations is something we all have and automatically start forming when doing things and meeting people. We have expectations on our health, on our relationships, on our finances, on our careers, on people, and on our experiences. However, many of us SUCK at forming REALISTIC expectations and as a result it severely impacts our mental and emotional health. Let’s explore how we can stop killing our own happiness and start forming more realistic and healthier expectations.
